Brooke, we may have to go this route tonight. We are going to be super busy through the 15th. Ricky said to tell you that the Shepherd's pie is easy to make ahead and freeze, except for the topping of course. That is if it is a favorite.

We make it in the large slow cookers, then freeze proportionate serving bags. Then prepare a favorite pasta or rice to go with. Beef stew is always good, you bet!
